We delivered an enhanced layout and improved overall design for the HSBC website, resulting in a more user-friendly experience. Additionally, we introduced a new feature suggested by users—a currency converter—to attract new users and enhance the platform's functionality. The improvements in the CIL application reduced friction and made the entire process more reliable and efficient.
