We began with a road mapping session to identify user types, behaviors, and project goals, including seamless integration between the desktop and app.
We also conducted a comprehensive review of the platform's design, navigation, functionality, content, and overall user experience to pinpoint areas that may be causing issues for users and hindering the product's effectiveness.

We discovered the Selftrade platform users were more diverse than originally scoped, and the way they interacted as well as their expectations were very different, from the way they perceived self-trading to their financial savviness. Our goals were simple but not easy, improve usability and ensure users had a clear understanding of what was happening at all times, the design system brings a delightful sensibility while achieving optimum performance. a sans serif font, designed for maximum legibility, integrates a range of weights to enhance type hierarchy, legibility, and expressiveness without sacrificing load time.
